Mixed meat balls
Instructions
Mix together meat 200 g ground beef, lean pork 100 g powder, 100 g of minced veal meat, 30 g of breadcrumbs softened in 3 glasses of warm milk for 2 hours, 1 finely chopped onion and Golden in 30 g of butter, 1 tablespoon dill, 1 egg, salt, pepper.
Mix well the dough and make meatballs by FRY in hot butter until well browned on both sides.
