Pinolate meatballs
Instructions
Brown the meat with a little oil and tinged with white wine.
Passed to the garbage disposals, add 1 whole egg, salt, pepper and pine nuts.
Do many meatballs, flour them, put them in 2 beaten eggs and bread crumbs.
FRY in hot oil and serve.
