Instructions
Bake pine nuts to 150 degrees to get them dry but not toast.
Prepare the communion wafers on the work surface.
In a saucepan put sugar and 100 g of water and cook until, taking it between 2 fingers, wires.
At this point remove from heat and add pine nuts, stirring until the sugar becomes bianchiccio but not firms.
Working very quickly the mixture tends to firm up, lay on communion wafers sugar spoons and pine nuts and allow to cool.
Cut the excess portion of the host and serve.
If the mixture hardens before you've finished adding water and heat.
