Spicy meatballs
Instructions
Chop all the meat, put them in a bowl and add 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper.
Form meatballs and FRY in 5 tablespoons of oil with garlic and chili pepper.
Add the washed and cut peppers into strips, sprinkle a little at a time with the hot broth and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Before serving remove the chili and garlic.
