Instructions

Soak the bread in milk.

Steaming spinach and once warm squeeze and chop them.

Brown the chopped onion in the oil; combine spinach, salt and simmer 5 minutes.

In a soup-tureen with crumb squeezed, spinach, eggs, salt, pepper, and cheese to make a dough consisting of match and let it firm up in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Make meatballs and FRY in olive oil-extra virgin.
