Chicken meatballs (2)
Instructions
Soak mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes.
Soak the breadcrumbs in the milk, squeeze it and place it in a bowl.
Merge a bit of soft butter, the minced chicken, mushrooms, drained and chopped, chopped parsley, 1 egg, salt and pepper.
Stir the mixture very well.
Form meatballs and dip first in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
FRY in abundant boiling oil.
