Meatballs in marsala sauce
Instructions
Put in a bowl chopped meat.
Add anchovies and capers, chopped parsley.
Combine the egg, mix.
Season with salt, add the cornflour, stir.
Make meatballs with mixture, roll in breadcrumbs.
FRY 15 minutes in abundant oil.
Stretch with marsala and cook for another 10 minutes.
Cover with the broth and serve piping hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of pulp of minced beef
- 1 egg
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of chopped capers
- 10 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 25 g of chopped parsley
- 20 g of starch
- 10 cl of seed oil
- 1 dram of marsala wine
- Salt
