Chicken with olives (3)
Instructions
In a pan heat oil saucepan, heat the chicken and cut into pieces for at least a quarter of an hour stirring often.
Add salt and pepper, then remove the pieces and keep aside to warm.
Diluted with the cooking wine, evaporate, add the tomatoes, chopped garlic, thyme, Sage and chopped Marjoram.
Put the chicken back in the Pan and cook for half an hour, stirring occasionally.
Add the pitted olives, lemon juice and basil.
Make flavoring and serve.
Accompanying wines: Italian Riviera Rossese DOC, Sangiovese Di Romagna DOC, Gioia Del Colle rosso DOC.

- 1 chicken
- 1 glass white wine
- 6 tomatoes
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 60 g of black olives
- Marjoram
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Thyme
- Basil
- Sage
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
