Instructions
Cut the chicken into pieces, flour and roast in a pan with oil and butter; Deglaze with the wine, salt, pepper and remove from heat before it is finished cooking.
Boil the artichoke hearts, brown them in the sauce of the chicken cooking, combine the chicken, pitted olives, cream and finish cooking.
Serve hot.
