Polenta green
Instructions
Wash the spinach and boil them in salted water, drain, squeeze dry and chop.
Prepare polenta flour cooked in 150 cl lightly salted water, stirring constantly.
When the polenta is cooked add spinach and butter and mix well all the ingredients.
Serve immediately sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.

- 500 g of yellow flour
- 150 g of spinach
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
- Grated parmesan cheese
