Instructions
Wash and clean all the vegetables.
Cut the pepper strips.
Slice the carrots and celery, trim the radishes.
Arrange the vegetables in a serving dish.
Dig the pulp from the avocado and put it in the mixer with garlic and shallots, peeled 6 tablespoons oil, lemon juice 2, worcester 1, 1 pinch of paprika, salt and pepper.
Blend until a smooth cream and serve with the vegetables.
