Instructions
The vegetables should be washed and well drained.
Leave whole baby carrots, salad leaves and radishes; cut the artichoke hearts, sliced, celery hearts for long.
Arrange the vegetables in a serving trays with dips; in the Middle put the emulsified oil with salt and pepper.

- 8 carotine novelle
- 4 hearts of artichoke
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 2 hearts of celery
- Some leaves of belgian salad (endive)
- Fresh fava beans
- 1 glass of olive oil tuscan extra-virgin fruity
- Sea salt
- Pepper
