Pesto alla trapanese "
Instructions
It's like a "pesto alla genovese", but a bit more rough and colorful.
Doing so: in a mortar and pound some clove of garlic with a pinch of salt and some almonds.
Keep an inside a nice bunch of Basil and a few fresh tomatoes.
At the end add a little olive oil good, and condisci pasta.
