Instructions

Wash and dry the slices of fish.

Place them on a tray and soak them with lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.

Let flavoring the fish for at least 1 hour then engrave with a pocketknife and slices add garlic cut into thin slices, and some needle of Rosemary.

Arrange the slices of swordfish in a greased baking dish and bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
