Pennette rudy
Instructions
Very thinly sliced Zucchini and onions; Let them FRY in a pan in which you've warmed the oil and garlic that will extract before adding the onion and zucchini.
Sauté until the onion is golden brown and well cooked zucchini.
Add the pennette already drained al dente; Sprinkle with pepper, add soy sauce, mix for a few minutes.
Served piping hot and seasoned with Parmesan.
Combine red wine and a second of soft cheeses.
