Pennette with almonds
Instructions
Toast the almonds in a hot oven at 200 degrees for a few minutes then chopping finely in the mixer.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the almonds over medium heat.
Combine milk, mascarpone, parmesan and pepper.
To mix the sauce over low heat, seasoning with salt if necessary.
Cook the pennette in salted water, drain and seasoning them with hot sauce.
Serve immediately.

- 350 g of type pasta pennette
- 50 g of mascarpone
- 50 g of peeled almonds
- 25 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
