Integral with prawns penne
Instructions
For the sauce: wash well vegetables.
Clean green beans and cut into short lengths of cut broccoli into small florets.
Peel the garlic and roast in a pan with olive oil, add the vegetables and stir-fry over moderate, by salting and peppering lightly.
After 5 minutes add the tomatoes peeled and cut into cubes.
Cook the sauce for about 10 minutes, then add the shelled shrimp tails, add salt and pepper if necessary.
To serve: boil the penne in salted water, drain directly into the sauce pan with a slotted spoon, add the chopped leaves of oregano and basil and season well.
Serve.

- 280 g of type pasta penne integrals
- 400 g of shrimp tails
- 100 g of green beans
- 150 g of broccoli
- 150 g of round red tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 sprig of fresh oregano
- 3 leaves basil
- Salt
- Pepper
