Penne crescenza
Instructions
Cook the penne al dente.
Meanwhile, dissolve in a large frying pan, the butter, then add the sliced crescenza, and, stirring constantly with wooden spoon, 1 melt the cheese combining some tablespoon of cream and 1 pinch of salt.
Turn the dough about 3 tablespoons cream in combination with cooking water.
Fold in the pens for a few minutes, adding the parmesan and chopped parsley.
Remove from heat, stir in the egg yolks, cream and pepper.
