Instructions
Prepare the gravy.
Cut the onion into wedges, add oil and fry gently.
Cut the Apple into small cubes and add it to the onion stew.
Simmer for 2 minutes, then add the brandy, tomato, salt and basil.
Cook for at least 15 minutes, making sure to turn the whole thing constantly.
Let rest for 10 minutes, add it to pens and serve after mixing everything very well.

- 1 green apple
- 500 g of tomato pulp
- 1/2 cup of brandy
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1/2 onion
