The emerald dumplings
Instructions
Cut the sausage slices, saute the onion, add the sausage and fry gently, add the wine and let it evaporate.
Add the tomato sauce, the chopped fennel, and cook for about 45 minutes.
Adjust the flavor.
Add the previously boiled dumplings and sauté scattering with the Parmesan.
Arrange in a baking dish, deponetevi over the fresh bulb and cook in the oven for a few minutes.
