Penne with artichokes
Instructions
In a pan sauté the bacon, parsley and garlic; After a few minutes add the artichokes and let flavour.
Add salt, pepper, add tomatoes and cover the Pan and leave to cook on a moderate flame.
Boil the pasta, drain and dress with the sauce; serve immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta penne rigate
- 300 g of artichoke hearts
- 100 g of bacon
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Peeled tomatoes
