Instructions
Saute the chopped onions with the Diced Bacon in oil and butter, add the blanched sausages, peeled and milkshakes with the tomato paste and milk and cook for about 20 minutes.
Cook the penne al dente, seasoning them with sauce, sprinkle with chopped Basil and provolone shavings and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of type pasta penne
- 2 pork sausages
- 50 g of bacon
- 40 g of smoked provolone cheese
- 30 g of tomato paste
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- Basil
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
