Instructions

Clean the potatoes and dry them.

In a large saucepan, sauté the chilli broken in half and 2 cloves of garlic with 1/2 cup of oil, then drop them and add the fries: make them brown to open flame, lower the heat, season with 1 clove of minced garlic with the Sage and 2 sprigs of thyme, salt, pepper and bring to cooking, occasionally shaking the container.

Sprinkle with Marjoram and serve.
