Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and Blanch in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
Drain and place in a baking pan, greased with oil, along with the bacon and melted butter.
Pass in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes, rigirandole a couple of times during cooking.
