Boil the potatoes, peel them and pass them through a ricer.
Add milk, salt and butter, put on fire and stir until you get a soft puree.
Cook a few minutes, stirring, and serve hot.
Bake beforehand in milk two cloves of garlic, then crush with the potatoes.
