Instructions

Cook 4 potatoes with the skin.

When they are cooked, Peel and mash.

Add 1/4 cup of milk, butter and beat the mashed, until it becomes soft.

If you want to decrease the baking time, divide potatoes into 4 and not to let them burn, put the part with the skin on the bottom of the Pan and add 1-2 tablespoons of water.

In this way they are cooked within 20-30 minutes.
