Potato casserole
Instructions
Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into dice.
In a large saucepan, Saute garlic in oil, then add the potatoes, add them, then add the tomatoes, salt, pepper shakes and bake covered for 30 minutes.
Finally add the chopped parsley.
