Potato cats
Instructions
Boil the potatoes and mash.
Add 80 g of butter, salt, eggs, parmesan and hot milk just enough to get a very soft compound.
Work it with the whisk, combine ham, parsley and pepper.
Place half the mixture into a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs, layering mozzarella slices, cover with the remaining mixture with breadcrumbs and butter flakes.
Bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.

- Milk
- 80 g of diced cooked ham
- Pepper
- 150 g of mozzarella
- Breadcrumbs
- 750 g of potatoes
