Instructions
Peel the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into four big pieces equal or possibly cospargendole flour, FRY in hot oil until crisp, and salt them.
The potatoes you can also fry along with the meat, usually when they are served á la carte.

- 750 g of not powdery potato cooked with zest
- 40 g of olive oil
- Salt
