Instructions

Steam Cook the potatoes and fry the chopped onion in the butter and shredded ham, salt, wet with a glass of water, and after a quarter of an hour add the cream that you dissolved a spoonful of flour.

Cook a little longer.

Cut the potatoes into slices, peel them, place them in a buttered baking dish and pour over the sauce.

Put in focus for a few minutes before serving.
