Instructions

Boil the potatoes in their skins, taking care not to leave undoing.

Cut the veil the onion and let it dry in 40 g butter for about 20 minutes, adding a little water.

Dice cold potatoes and toss in pan with remaining butter.

Mix together onions to potatoes and continue cooking for another 5 minutes over high heat and add salt before serving.
