Pasta in cheese sauce
Instructions
Gradually add to flour milk half paying attention not to form lumps.
Put on the fire, stirring, and let thicken the mixture a little at a time, adding the remaining milk.
Combine nutmeg, parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt.
Leave on low flame, stirring constantly, until the pasta is cooked.
Drain and dress with butter and sauce.

- 400 g of type pasta pasta
- 1/2 tablespoon of flour
- 1 glass of milk
- Grated 1 of nutmeg
- 7 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
