Pasta and cheese
Instructions
Crush the fennel seed, chopped shallots collect them in a bowl with Chili oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Sliced radishes, cut into cubes and cheese into the salad.
Add the boiled and cooled pasta and dress with the sauce eventually filtered.
Keep cool and when serving you can place the dough on salad of radicchio leaves that have left aside.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 500 g of any type pasta
- 1 head of radicchio di chioggia
- 100 g of provolone cheese
- 100 g of hard ricotta
- 100 g of scamorza cheese
- 100 g of grana
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 shallot
- 1/2 tablespoon of fennel seeds
- Chili powder
- Red wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
