Pasta with mussels
Instructions
Clean the mussels and place them in a pan with oil, 1 clove garlic and wine.
Make them open and then remove the shells.
Mince the garlic and chili and brown them in a little oil, then add the chopped tomatoes and diced fish.
Cook for 5 minutes, then add the mussels and 1 spoonful of their cooking.
Boil the pasta and dress with the sauce and chopped Basil.

- 800 g of mussels
- 400 g of type razor clams pasta
- 300 g of swordfish
- 200 g of tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 10 cl of white wine
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Hot pepper
- Salt
