Pasta with sausage
Instructions
Saute over low heat the chopped onion with butter.
Add coarsely chopped frankfurters 3, let them cook for a few minutes while stirring, add the 2 remaining frankfurters, cut into thick slices.
Season with salt.
Add the tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat, add the mascarpone cheese, chopped 2 tablespoons basil, parmesan and mix well.
Boil the pasta and dress with the sauce.

- 5 pork sausages
- 350 g of pasta macaroni type
- == 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons of fresh mascarpone
- 10 cl of tomato sauce
- 30 g of butter
- 40 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped basil
- Salt
