Instructions
Sift the flour with the salt and pour into a bowl.
Cut the butter into small cubes, pour the flour and e-mail it to penetrate with the help of two knives until the crumbs will form large enough.
Now infarinatevi your hands, take the mixture and slide it between your fingers gently squeezing the butter; continue until the crumbs are fine.
Beat 1 egg yolk in a bowl along with 1 teaspoon of cold water, stir and pour the flour again.
With another teaspoon of water dissolve the rest of the yolk and pour over flour.
Knead with fingertips to make a ball.
Wrap it in foil and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
