Pasta with mushrooms
Instructions
Make melt 40 g of butter, add the mushrooms sliced thinly and let them stand for 5 minutes over high heat.
Add salt, pepper, add the diced ham and cook for 3 minutes, stirring.
Add 100 g of cream, adjust salt and cook for a few minutes until the sauce has reduced.
Boil the pasta, drain and dress with a knob of butter, mushroom sauce and a handful of grain.

- 400 g of type hay and straw pasta
- 300 g of cultivated mushrooms
- 100 g of ham
- 100 G = = Cream
- Butter
- 1 handful of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
