Instructions
To cook the vegetables; thoroughly wash the vegetables.
Cut into pieces, tomatoes, courgettes, cabbage and other vegetables.
Put them all in a deep pot, add the peas, cold water, salt and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and let simmer for 1 hour.
For the past: when cooked, remove the Pan from heat and allow to cool.
Then, switch it off with the mixer until the mixture is smooth.
To serve: bring the past and serve it cool after condyle with the oil and cheese.

- 250 g of red tomatoes
- 150 g of zucchini
- 120 g of white cabbage
- 120 g of coasts and herbs
- 70 == G Peas
- 70 g of green beans
- 50 g of celery
- 30 g of leek
- 200 cl of water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of cheese
- Salt
