Past of peas
Instructions
Saute in oil garlic and chilli.
Combine the peas, the nut, 1 litre of water and bay leaf.
Cook for 1/2 hour, then pass the mixture and put it back on the heat, stir in the cream and cook for a few minutes.
Season with chopped Basil and serve with croutons.

- 750 g of peas
- 2 leaves of laurel
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 chili
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 vegetable nut
- Basil
