Instructions
Place the stale bread to soak in cold water, meanwhile, in a large Salad Bowl, pour the diced tomatoes, sliced onion, lettuce and basil.
Add to vegetables bread after having wrung her hands and crumbled.
Seasoned with olive oil extra-virgin, salt and vinegar.
Garnish with a few leaves of Basil.
The dish, perfect as a first in the summer, it keeps well in the fridge for a few days.

- 300 g of stale tuscan bread
- Ripe san marzano tomatoes
- Red onion
- Some leaves of arugula salad (lettuce or salad)
- Salt
- Wine vinegar
- Olive oil extra virgin
- For garnishing:
- Some leaves of basil
