Instructions
Leave the bread to soak a few minutes in cold water, then squeeze and pass into a lnsalatiera.
Add salt, sprinkle with chopped Basil to hand deliver a pinch of pepper and seasoned with three or four laps of spilled oil.
Mix with two forks lifting the bread to crumble, add the tomatoes peeled and cut into small cubes
