Rosemary and cheese sandwiches
Instructions
Knead the flour with the warm milk where you loose the yeast, butter and a pinch of salt.
Form a ball and let rise until doubled its volume.
Work the dough again incorporating two spoons of chopped Rosemary, then cut into many balls and let them rise for about an hour.
Mash slightly and cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the filling: melt on low heat the grated provolone with cream and Bacon strips.
When the rolls are cooked, remove them and cut the shell, svuotateli without breaking them and fill with the mixture.
Passed in the oven at 200 degrees for a few minutes before serving

- 300 g of flour
- 40 g of butter
- 10 cl of milk
- 70 g of sweet provolone cheese
- 30 g of bacon
- 15 g of brewer's yeast
- 3 tablespoons of cream
- Rosemary
- Salt
