Rosemaria crusta
Instructions
Prepare the glass with the crusta as follows: rub the rim with a slice of lemon and thereupon pass into sugar, which will remain so attached, forming a thin white rind.
Keep the glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
When serving, put in a shaker with ice, Gin, Brandy, Orange, raspberry syrup and lemon juice.
Close the shaker and shake for a few seconds, then pour the mixture into the glass.

- 1 clove of lemon
- Sugar
- 5 cubes ice
- 3 tablespoons of gin
- 2 tablespoons of orange brandy
- 1 teaspoon of raspberry syrup
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
