Milk chocolate sandwiches

The doses are for 15-16 rolls.
Place the pastry 500 g flour combine sugar and a pinch of salt: mix the ingredients and make fontana.
Dissolve yeast in warm milk and pour it in the center of the fountain, uniting the whole egg, 70 g butter, softened and cut into pieces.

Then divide the dough into small pieces (15-16), roll them up in your hands and place on a greased plate spaced among them; with scissors make 5 nicks on the edge while stenciling carve round the Center.
Insert the plate in the oven already warm (220 degrees) for about 15 minutes lasciandovela.
