Rustic bread with dried fruit
Instructions
Mix the two types of flour with sugar.
Add the yeast, melted butter, a pinch of salt and the lukewarm milk.
Knead the ingredients until the dough comes off the hands.
Transfer it on the floured work surface, together with almost all nuts, chopped (keep two spoonfuls aside) and continue to knead until elastic compound.
Formed a ball.
Cut the dough with a cross-cutting and put it in a bowl.
Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for about an hour.
Divide the dough into two lightly buttered cake moulds.
Brush the surface with honey and distribuiteci over the remaining nuts.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Bake the molds at 220 degrees for about an hour.
Let the bread cool dessert, turn out and serve sliced with a good jam.

- 250 g of white flour
- 150 g of yellow flour
- 1 sachet of lyophilized yeast
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g of shelled almonds
- 50 g of shelled hazelnut
- 50 g of walnut kernels
- 50 g of butter
- Honey
- 15 cl of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
