Homemade Bread (Pane Fatto in Casa)
Instructions
Knead the flour with yeast and olive oil by pouring warm water.
Add the salt and process until dough is smooth.
Let it rise until double the volume.
Arrange on greased baking the dough into desired shapes.
Brush with an emulsion of water and oil or egg and milk.
Bake in the oven at 200-220 degrees for 15-25 minutes.
To freeze the bread put in bags with 1 sugar cube that will absorb moisture.

- 1000 g of flour
- 50 g of fresh yeast
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- 50 cl of water
