Homemade breadsticks
Instructions
Knead the flour with the yeast dissolved in lukewarm milk and salt, adding a little oil to taste (the more you use, but without exaggeration, the more brittle).
Cover the dough and let it rise, then mix again gently.
Break the mass into so many little pieces that you will create in long and thin torches with the Palm of your hands floured; cut the desired length.
Place breadsticks on baking slightly greased with oil and place in a hot oven to bake, until golden and crisp will.

- 20 g of brewer's yeast
- 20 cl of milk
- Olive oil extra virgin
