Clean and wash the fish and chopped parsley.
In a pan put oil, white wine, capers, parsley and lemon juice, lie down on the bream and cook over low heat for 15-18 minutes, turning 2-3 times.
Add salt at the end.
Let thicken the broth and pour it on that you put on bream a preheated serving dish.
