Oysters and caviar
Instructions
Brush and wash the oysters thoroughly, open them and staccatele from the shell by removing any strands.
Generously buttered slices of black bread and caviar spread, leaving a gap, in which you will put down an oyster.
Pepper, sprinkle lightly with lemon and bring right to the table.
To improve the flavor served cold oysters, but taking care not to gelarle.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 24 fresh oysters
- 1 jar of caviar
- 24 slices of private crust black bread
- 70 g of butter
- 2 lemons (juice)
- Pepper
