Orecchiette and cauliflower
Instructions
Dipping into 4 l of boiling salted water to cauliflower florets, after a few minutes add the orecchiette and cook for 10 minutes.
Sauté the garlic in the oil, the bacon into strips and crumbled chili.
Add the chopped anchovies and olives.
Drain pasta and cauliflower, pour into the pan with the sauce with anchovies, sprinkle of cheese and jump for 5 minutes.

- 400 g of type pasta orecchiette
- 1 cauliflower
- 100 g of black olives
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 50 g of bacon
- 1 chili
- Cheese
- 4 salted anchovy fillets
